PFS Shipping is an ABG Group Company incorporated (as ABG Shipping Limited) in 1994 with the objective of ship owning, ship operating and chartering business activities.

PFS Shipping is now poised for a major expansion with the Offshore and Bulk carrier segments and aims to be the leading sea-transport company.

In February 2009, PFS Shipping is expected to take delivery of its first AHTS with 9 more to be built over 2009 / 2010.
